More evidence for exercise after breast cancer treatment!

This study in the Integrative Cancer Therapies journal measured the effects of restoring upper body strength to women after treatment. Using both regular exercise and exercise with walking poles, the walking poles were even more efffective in getting womens strength and flexibilty back We believe that in order to help prevent lymphedema exercise and restoring proper function to the treated area is crucial.
