lymphedema and weightlifting

For those of you new here to our website, you may not have heard this news about lymphedema prevention. There is a great article on the Susan Love website about how weightlifting can not only be safe but also reduce symptoms of lymphedema. If you are interested, try to get to a YMCA and join the LIVESTRONG program to get proper training. Don't just go to any trainer who isn't aware of how to work with you.
